DES MOINES, Iowa — Paragon IT Professionals welcomes industry veteran P.J. Amys as vice president of sales. Amys brings extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and enterprise project management.
Prior to joining Paragon, Amys held leadership positions with TEKsystems and Palmer Group, where he focused on developing new markets, building sales teams, and expanding client relationships. He also spent eight years at Wells Fargo in roles spanning enterprise project leadership, change management, and talent acquisition.

In his new role, Amys will be a member of Paragon’s leadership team and will oversee both sales and recruiting teams. He will focus on expanding relationships with existing clients, building on the company's success in adding new clients, and identifying opportunities to deliver greater value through Paragon's IT staffing and project solutions capabilities.
