On behalf of Joel, myself, our leadership team, and everyone at Paragon, we would like to wish you a very Happy New Year!
We found 2025 to be another year of lessons and growth for Paragon. Our anticipation of an improved labor market did not meet our expectations; however, we experienced growth in several areas of our company. Looking to Paragon’s future, we are focusing our attention on organizational efficiency, service differentiation, and a thoughtful team restructure designed to support future growth.
Project Solutions was one of the strongest performers of the year, reflecting meaningful and growing opportunity. Demand from both new and existing customers continued to build as we invested in delivery discipline, repeatable execution, and trusted partnerships. We expect this momentum to translate to strong, sustainable growth in 2026.
Despite a job market that was stifled by uncertainties, we continued to add new clients and our capacity to serve them through our Legendary Service commitment. We are certain that the new year is going to provide improved and broader opportunity for Paragon and our industry.
After working together for nearly 30 years and months of thought and deliberation, Joel and I believe the timing is right for a transition in the company that allows us to expand our time to focus on strategic growth and expansion.
As a result of years of observation, trust building and leadership growth, we are proud to announce that Jessica Grant, most recently vp of marketing and a senior member of our leadership team, has been promoted to president. Jess’ background is in marketing and communications but her leadership impact extends past a single function, having been an active member of our leadership team for the past seven years.
We felt an internal promotion would be our best option, preserving the culture and integrity of Paragon. This change is about strengthening Paragon, not changing who we are. Joel and I will remain actively involved in the business, continuing to provide guidance, mentorship, and working on long-term positioning for the company.
