Today, the Forum boasts more than 400 participants across 60 businesses throughout Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa. Designed to enhance the leadership skills of select information technology leaders, the Forum helps to strengthen organizations’ leadership cultures leading to improved attraction, engagement and retention of top-performing employees.

I attended the forum more mid-career and can identify a number of benefits.
