Client Services Team 

Mark is a senior business development leader at Paragon. He has been with the company for more than ten years handling consulting and project resources. Mark is actively involved in the community, lending his time to organizations such as Junior Achievement and the Technology Association of Iowa, and is active in youth sports. He is married with two sons. Mark is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Craig is the president and co-founder of Paragon. He previously worked for a large computer VAR
and IBM in Des Moines prior to starting Paragon. He is responsible for the strategic direction of Paragon. Craig is active in the Technology Association of Iowa, Iowa Association of Staffing Professionals and various charitable organizations. A graduate of the University of Iowa (B.A., Economics), Craig is married and has three sons.

Joel Jackman is vice-president and co-founder of Paragon. Joel manages a client portfolio for Paragon and coordinates the IT Leadership Forum, a leadership and development group for technology managers in central Iowa. Joel is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He is married
and has two children.

Amanda is a senior account executive at Paragon. Prior to joining Paragon, Amanda worked in the London office of a international staffing firm and in technology staffing sales in the Des Moines. She is a graduate of Simpson College.
