Paragon is a regional company with national reach, connected to the IT community. We believe in being direct and thorough and building relationships. We're one of the oldest IT recruiting firms in Des Moines and we work in a building that's even older, but not haunted. That bit of fortune and philosophy has spurred our growth and success.

You're apt to find us out and about, involved in the community and supporting various events. Paragon organizes an annual fundraiser, Friends of Friends, each April to benefit a local charity. On their own time our employees are involved in many organizations and charities.
