Whether you qualify for a job that pays $100K or not, create a profile on the Ladders website and opt-in to receive their email newsletter and alerts.

Nothing gets our recruiters howling more than a resume filled with tables and text boxes. We asked some of our HR contacts about this bad habit and they asked us why we were still dealing with resumes? Had we not heard of LinkedIn? "Just cut and paste," they said.
